These terms govern your use of Tush Inventory. By creating an account or using the platform on behalf of a school, you agree to these terms.
Tush Inventory is a school inventory, fee-tracking, and student clearance management system. It helps schools track physical assets (books, equipment, furniture), record student fee balances and payments, issue clearance certificates, and communicate with parents/guardians.
You agree not to:
Tush Inventory is a record-keeping tool for fees already paid or owed through the school's own channels (e.g. M-Pesa, bank transfer, cash). We do not process payments directly and are not a party to any payment transaction between a parent/guardian and a school. Accuracy of fee records depends on what school staff enter into the system.
A school owns the data it enters into the platform (student records, fee data, item records). We act as the technical custodian of that data on the school's behalf. See our Privacy Policy for how it's handled and protected.
We aim to keep the platform available and reliable, but as with any hosted service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted uptime. We are not liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability, scheduled maintenance, or issues with third-party infrastructure providers.
Tush Inventory is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to data entry errors made by school staff, disputes over fee balances, or reliance on generated certificates without independent verification.
We may update these terms from time to time as the platform evolves. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Questions about these terms can be sent to info.tushinventory@gmail.com or through our contact form.
